E-signature Forms -- an "ACTIVE" Member Benefit*
We are finding that it is best to use electronic signature forms when BWMA Consultants are enrolling clients on the Preferred Biweekly Plan anytime they are not face-to-face with the client. At the current time we are only providing DocuSign form links for use by ACTIVE Members. Please see note below.
When you click the button to register to use the DocuSign forms you will need to fill out a form so we know who has access to them. Please keep in mind that your client should be ready to enroll before you present the DocuSign form to them as each one you use will cost BWMA around $3 and at the current time we are covering the cost for you, so please do not waste them. As soon as you press the submit button after filling in the e-mail addresses for Doc Prep, Client, etc., we get charged.

* Active Members are paying monthly or annual dues either by credit / debit card, check, PayPal, or have sufficient residual income or pending deferred fees to deduct dues from. Contact Us for your Membership Status before requesting DocuSign Links or proceeding to register to use DocuSign forms for your use. We are only accepting e-signature applications filled out from DocuSign links we give you.
